When you think about Human Resource Management? What picture do you have in your head? What do you think are the roles and responsibilities of HR?
When I think of Human Resources (HR) I think of people who help the caregivers. Often the health and wellbeing of doctors are ignored or not aknowleged.
HR’s responsibility is to ensure health care workers to stay fit physically, mentally, and spirituilly (in good mood) so that they can care for others
