Problem Identification:

  • Service Delivery: Identify issues such as resource allocation, quality of care, or accessibility.
  • Human Resources: Consider staff shortages, training gaps, and morale issues.
  • Use course materials, discussions, and any research for thorough analysis.

Writing the Case Study Analysis:

  • Introduction: Briefly state the key issues and include a thesis statement summarizing your analysis.
  • Background: Provide relevant information on the healthcare transition, key facts, and important issues.
